Best Western Hartford Hotel and Suites

It's a Best Western. Clean but no frills. Like, the soap was a bar in a wrapper. But I don't need frills. I just need reasonable cost, clean room, AC powered to the max, proximity to my meeting sites, and a well-lit parking lot right in front so the night manager can see my car, because I drive a Mercedes convertible. I got that, and the staff were very friendly. There's also a TV - I don't watch TV so I can't rate their TV.

The moment I stepped in the door, I felt welcome. I didn't put both my reservations under the same name, so the front desk made it their business to get our rooms close together, and I really appreciated the extra effort. Our rooms were clean, the beds slept amazing, and I don't know where to begin with the shower, the best hotel shower we've had in a while. I am a Best Western Fan! The breakfast was really good as well.

Everything except the bathroom.

Location was very convenient close to interstate. It was an overnight stop for us as we were traveling. Staff was very friendly.
